Removing Coffee Stains from Carpets
All spills should be treated as quickly as possible to help
prevent permanent staining. Apply a small amount of spotting agent such as
Stain Pro
to the carpet and blot with a clean white absorbent towel or tissue. Apply
towel or tissue with firm pressure but do not rub or brush. Continue
blotting until all the stain is removed. Always pre test stain removal
products in an inconspicuous area first.
Removing Graffiti such as spray paints from walls
Always pre test the resistance of the surface before commencing
as any damage will be irreversible. Use a solvent-based product such as
TARG.
Pour into an open top container and apply to the affected area using a paint
brush, thoroughly wetting the area. Allow to penetrate for a few minutes and
then agitate with an abrasive pad. Once the graffiti is dissolved wash or
wipe away with clean water. Make sure that the applier takes the necessary
precautions and wears gloves, safety goggles and work wear.

Getting Rid of Urine smells from hard floor and
carpets
Uric salt deposits crystallize attaching themselves to the fibres of the
carpet and in the crevices of the floor causing a pungent ammonia smell
which is extremely unpleasant. Apply a neutralising treatment such as
Sanex
by mop or spray which will breakdown the uric salt into a liquid
format, rinse with clean water several times until all the uric salt has
been removed. When applied to carpets best results will be achieved if the
carpet is cleaned using a machine following the treatment.
